My uncle has had on of those on every truck he has had for the last couple of years (farmer) they work great when you need to be exactly under something. Just a flip of a leaver and the ball can move around. Hook it up and drive off, the hitch will lock itself in place as you go. I don't know what weight it is rated for, but for farm use it is great.
