But......
That place is screaming for anything green. Damn, where's the vegitation? How about those Marina owners building some real docks. Holy chit, those look like they're built for 14 foot aluminum Jon boats. You guys have a serious lack of freshwater boating out there to flock to that.:p :D [/B][/QUOTE] Call it diversity Fred! There is beauty other than green. Quest for Speed is right - Topoc is awesome, ask Lutz & Amy! I love to sit out in the middle of the lake and watch the sun set on the multi-colored mountains, its breath taking! Plus, your right, we have a serious lack of freshwater boating. Havasu is what we got - and we love it! As far as the docks - you should see those SCOPE guys do that. It's like watching a finely tuned military operation. It's really impressive! |

And Fred, we do have a few trees. I believe you can see some contrast in the background - and a rather nice boat in the foreground.

Fred, isn't that beautiful contrast? Blue of the water, green of the trees, brown of the desert, pink of Tank's sunburn:D :D
Oh, and Kevin's boat:eek: |

Originally posted by craig223 Gary, How did she run? Did it feel good to be back in the saddle?  It ran great. Using the same props I used with my 509's(535hp), I only lost 500 rpm. I think I can lab them up to 4900-5000 r's. I was not dissapointed. They ran just as I thought they would. I didn't even have a chance to sea-trial the boat ... Joe Baca and Mark at Precision Marine hooked me up real proper. G |
That's great news Gary, now put some locks on the hatch and don't open them for five years:D :D
