I have the ITS XR system and no problems so far. I will have a look now to see if there is any wear. I do know that you do have to be carefull that you do not over trim it but if you are sure that is not the problem you will have to look for something else.

I have the ITS drive on my boat and have not had any problems after 95 hours and 11 months...I guess I better check for wear since I only have a month left on my warranty.....

he has to be trimmin the drive to high. not while boating but after its out of the water. he must leave the drive high. when he put's it in the water he starts the boat forgetting it 's to high. thats the only way to do what is happing. if not look for gremlins.

I just happend to talk to Scott a little while ago. I also thought that it was caused from over trimming.
Scott said that this time the bellows is torn on the side. He said there are rub marks right in the middle and them a few chunks.
The only thing I could see there is oversteering, I dont know if there is a adjustment on the ITS, or it is still from over trimming but spun when it hit. He also says that the trim limit switches are set to not let him over trim and that the trailer will not activate once the key is turned, Ive never seen that.
Gremlins....Hmmmmm.

I thought that the ITS did not have a trim limit and that is why it is possible to over trim

Im not sure. I dont have experience with this system. Is that true? Why do you think it was torn on the side and not the top?

Check all the hose clamps,I have seen clamps that were installed incorrectly hang and cut the drive bellows.

It wasnt on a ITS but I would think it would still apply.

The one that usually causes the problem is the water supply hose and its clamp when installed wrong.

Just a thought, had a customers bravo a few years back doing the same thing and thats what I ended up finding that was causeing the problem.
