Richard Rice Moore , Rest in peace my friend ....You will be missed...Thanks for all the memories of growing up at your side and all the direction you have given . I hope to be 1/2 the man you were.
A good friend and father figure in my life has passed....you guys would have loved him...and what a salty dog he was...prob. best he was never into offshore boats...cause he did nothing half assed..he would have surely spanked us all...
