If things seem too good to be true...........they usually are.

Its the OEM verion. You would normally get this preinstalled in a Dell or something. I will probably work but you can register it so you can't get updates or support.

Full retail is around 475.00.
If you're a student you can pick it up for around 275.00.

I agree with Ron P, it was part of someone's bundled software.

OEM software is alright depending on whether you care about updates and the techie support. Not that it's legal or anything...

I got my full working version with serial # off Kazaa for FREE:D

me too , along with win XP prosp1, Office Xp pro sp2, autocad 3.3 arch desktop , adobe premier , cooledit pro 2, all the plugins for PS6 and the list goes on and on :D :D
