I have a 23 mirage plus turning 4,500 rpms at 60 mph. I have tried a non-labbed 24 b1 turning 4,200 at 58. was thinking a labbed 24 would give me 4,500 at about 62. dont know anything about hydro's.. Chris
P.S. needs to be r.h.

Chris, what boat do you have? If it's a baja 232, a Hydromotive won't be your best choice. Baja's don't seem to like the Hydro's. And 4500 rpm seems a little low unless you have a small block. If you're running a smallblock with an Alpha drive, the 24 Bravo will also put a lot of stress on your drive. With that said, I really need a 24" Bravo 1 too. For my 24 Baja.
Just don't want to see you end up with a toasted drive from the extra blade in the water.

Mike, it is a 96 Baja 232 running a non-mag BBC and a bravo 1 o.d. Like I said, I tried a friends 24 B1 and loved the planing time and handling in the turns, but lost some on top. I currently have a 23m + turning 4,500. so I figure a labbed 24 B1 will get my rpm's as well as my speed back up.
