I bought a nice 1999 24 Sport form a private seller last year. I checked with Jo at Pantera prior to buying it, he knew the boat and owner very well, seems like they keep tabs on as many of their boats as they can. They have helped me as if I purchased a new boat from them at the factory!!!

I have never experienced the customer service and attention from a manufacturer like I have from the Nunez family. I hope to run this boat for a couple years and then place an order for a new Pantera!!!! Great handling strong boats, exceptional rigging and awesome support!!!

Kidrock,

All I can say is that you can't go wrong with a 28' Pantera.
Solid build with a time tested and race proven design. What else could you ask for. You'll love it. good Luck.

Pantera 24-650: I completely agree with you on the personnal customer service from the Nunez family. They are the most caring people in the boat business that I know (besides Will Smith).

Angel: You have to change your screen name now that you have a 28, no? BTW, how is it coming along? (I am looking at Albert's 24, seems like one heck of a nice boat, if I can afford a new motor). GB

Pantera has fantastic owner loyalty, their only problem was until recently(Survivor) there was no need to by a new one for existing 28 owners, these boats are built like a brick sh*t house and will last and last.
OSO is a great info source, search all threads on Pantera and try to find one bad comment on the ride or quality of a Pantera, it's not there!

Georges,

Yea I should change the screen name.!
It's going good, I'm going to be trying some new bravo1 props since my Hydros are not friendly to plane with on this particular boat. Very light on the stern because of the small blocks and the Hydros tend to provide a lot of stern lift. Jo says the Bravo 1 will plane MUCH better but I may lose a little on the top end but that's fine with me.
Yea Alberts boat seems real nice! I hope you can work out a deal.

Missing my PowerPlay
Pantera 24, what kind of speeds are you getting? You have the twin 6.2s, right?
