Default Cover for cleats?

Has anyone ever seen a molded rubber or something like it, cover, that would slip on over a cleat, just to clean up the looks a bit? (when no lines are attached) I am not going to upgrade this boat to flush/drop cleats, but the two up on the bow might look a little better if covered in a white cover, AND they woud not stress my full boat cover so much. It was just a thought. Thanks!
