When we built the original 46' Cougar vee bottom for George Morales, I thought that it was the best riding boat of any kind that I had ever been in. It was aluminum, and very sturdy. Ran a little over 100 with three Mercruisers. Won the Worlds that year, although we had replace about a thousand rivets (tactical error), The glass one is about the same.

Thanks for the info on Dynasoar and here I thought it was a Cougar all this time. I was just getting interested in offshore powerboats in the early 90's. I lived in Chicago then and I would get all excited when this guy would cruise down the river from Marina City where the boat was kept You could hear it from several blocks away.

I've spent a lot of time on my buddies 38 Cougar here in West Michigan. Probably the best rough water boat I've ever been on. Will crash thru 6-8 footers leaving most other boats in it's wake.

I know a guy out here on the west coast looking to get out of a 46 Kevlar Couger. I believe it used to be a Toyota race boat. Full cabin and triple power. Nice clean boat, just cant find a buyer
