OK' Ran the boat , NEED A ALTERNATOR

The sun came out and I splashed the Scarab... noticed port engine volt meter only showing a little over 10 volt charging... Starboard showing 13.5 volt stropped for a drink... port engine wont start... switch perco to #2 starts rite up... dummy me ran both Percos on ALL last season:eek: ... anyway live and learn ... need parts for or complete Motorola #8mr2036k alternator... any help is appreicated.... Dave

Just take it to any automotive alternator repair shop and have it rebuilt for a lot less $ than new. Have them test it while you wait to make sure that is the problem.

Like Tink said, take it to a starter shop. I had one rebuilt for $35.
