Default Project : boat toter

Thought a few of you may want to see whats brewing for my latest brain storm . MY F350 pulls the boat fine but you know ,when you get to the water you got no place to stay . I thought about putting a camper in the back of the truck ,but thats a pain ! Thought about buying a motor home but it can't pull MY boat ! Next best thing was to BUILD the ultimit hauler ! Here is a few shots of my progress so far .

It's a 1995 T-600 Kenworth Aerocab. 227" wheel base , 74" sleeper, N-14 Cummins engine ( Was 400 hp but you all know me ! Now it's 500hp and I think around 1800 ft lbs torque !! ) Super 10 speed trans , air ride everything and more . Planning to add a custom 22' motor coach conversion. and a hydraulic hitch to the back to raise and lower the boat around the ramp if needed .

Here is how I bought it (off EBAY !) :

Hi Boot,
I'm fairly new to the forum and have not really come accross you before. Looks like a great project! Being a fellow diesel fan, I have to ask you: Have you done a diesel boat yet or have plans for one?

Keep snapping those pictures during your project. Nice to see projects in motion.

This is where this is heading . but in BRIGHT RED !

It will have a large couch in the front that folds into a bed , a small kitchen area, full bathroom with shower , and a full rear bedroom with Queen bed on hydraulics (NO, it's not for that ! ) It's to lift the bed out of the way so I can drive the quads or motor cycles up the custom side ramp and park under the bed to travel ! Looking for more custom shops to buy things for it . Chrome , stainless, wood dash stuff etc. Anything cool ! Anyone have some ideas .I mostly use "Iowa80" and Panelite now . ANymore good ones ? Thanks ,JOE
