Question West Mich. Guys', where to stay overnight(no boat) for the Kilos', SmokeOTW.?

Haven't really got a good handle on your side of the state, any advice would be greatly appreciated, I know that reservations are gonna get (be) tough this close to the show! Thanks, Bill

It's probably going to be pretty tough finding a place unless (I'm sure everything in GH is booked) there is something available in Muskegon (and other than the Hampton they don't have much). There may be something available in Holland but doubtful. We are just driving over early Sat morning and heading back Sat night

How nice of hotel are you looking for? They just opened up a brand new tower on Muskegon Lake that is supposed to be top shelf. Not sure on pricing or even the name of the place at the moment. I could look into it though.
Other than that, Muskegon has most of the chain hotels (Best Western, Holiday Inn, Days Inn, Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, etc)

Let me know if you need some numbers and I will look them up for you.

There are quite a few hotel in South Haven which about 40 minutes by land south of Garnd Haven. Not real close but an option and a nice boat ride from SH to GH.

My Wife is so cool, I called to tell her I had a suprise, to spend the weekend of Smoke on the Water at the Days Inn and enjoy the town, boats, friends !!! Well she has a suprise for me. She got us a room overlooking the lake/ Marina for both days at the Holiday Inn where all the boats will be! Looks like we'll keep all the coolers at our room for safe keeping!!!! This means I have an extra room at the Days Inn , it's a non smoke, King $105.00 or so for Fri. 6/07/2003 I'll keep it till 48hrs to the Party. Let me know if you want it! see Ya, Bill...... Thanks Julie...............

Alpine Motel
Belaire Motel

Not high class but who gives a rip as long as you are there and the sheets and rooms are clean. Tell them Marty from Vision 1 Studios sent you. Catch me some Kudos!
