the sun boat is under 30'...over all size the AT is the larges in this group...and keep in mind it on of the lightest with the exception of the the sun boat....i know the sun boys will be at smoke on the water and will be with our group (Exteeme Boats Mag) and i will have the AT out there...go for a ride in the all of them!...i think all the boats you listed are VERY different!

If ameneties are your main concern, I'd suggest a 320 Searay Sundancer, but if you want the best built, best looking of that bunch, it's the 312 Formula.

The Sunsation is a great boat. It does not have an enclosed head. It's under the V berth. The V berth is huge and will be able to sleep you and the wife comfortably.
The draw back is:
you need to bend over in the cabin
potty under the V berth
But, you can order a vacuflush head (holding tank under V berth as well all the way forward) and you can order an electric sink (I think it's 16gal, under the back seat) and transom shower.

The Sonic is very nice as well. I was stuck on the 31 Sonic for a long time. It has the pull out bunk (between the bench seats in the cabin) and the upper level bunk, but in my opinion neither will sleep the two of you comfortably. The pull out bunk peaks in the center and the upper bunk is small. The rest of the cabin is great due to head room.
The holding tank for the vacuflush head is in the gunnell next to the driver. The shower is in the enclosed head which is small.

The best advise I can give you is; you really need to look at and test each of those choices for what you want. All are good boats. Spend some time in the boat and look around, study it. I shopped for 3 years before I bought. I spent hours in the 31 Sonic over that time frame, at boat shows and dealers.

I went with Sunsation because I could order it with no engine, drive, steering etc and build it myself, which I won't do again by the way, and put one engine in the 32. Sonic wouldn't let me do that. The most they would let me do is build my own engines (they wouldn't allow one engine in the 31) ship the engines to them and they would install. Sunsation definatly gives one of the best bangs for the buck no matter how you order it, in my opinion.

Good luck

Ya, the Innovator does have the enclosed head. The dash has to come up to get to the cabin though.

Sonic 31SS. Nice boat.

The convertible setee (pull out bunk) in the 31 Sonic is by far the largest bed you will find in a speed boat cabinn short of the 43BT. It also has the largest cabin. If you want amenities the Sonic is it. #2 is the Thunder. #3 Formula. #4 Sunsation
