Way OT: Sosa just ejected for a corked bat
 

Another fine example our athletes are setting for youngsters. Sosa just broke his bat and was ejected after it was found to have a corked core. Unfrigginbelievable!

I was watching that game. Looks a little cool in Chicago.

Makes you wonder how many other of his dingers were tainted.

As cold as it was, I'm suprised the ivy wasn't still brown from winter.

I am not a sports fan by any stretch of the imagination, however, big records and unusual circumstance have a tendency to peak my interest. I frequently enjoy the back peddling in situations like this. I heard this morning that Sammy said that he was sorry. He said he hadinadvertantly grabbed a bat he uses in batting practice to WOW the fans. Okay Sammy, whatever you say!:eek: :rolleyes:
