While I have to admit that nothing, but nothing sounds as awesome as a monster V8, you can have some super good times for a fraction of the cost.
Back in "the good old days." This was taken on Lake Travis, in 1981. If I remember correctly, this was a 1973 Switzer 17' with a 1976 150 hp Mercury. It ran 58 fun filled mph!

Does anyone know if they are going to face each other the rest of the year? Didn't they both run in Daytona?
I do not know the margin of victory though. I do remember them going by us very fast and getting a shower from Callans Rooster tail in the dogleg
