Scott is right Sandusky is in the middle of a lot, but since I am a big ***** when it comes to cold weather my vote goes to south Florida;)

I'm from Ft. Lauderdale. I will still say Lake Lanier/Atlanta,GA. is my pick. Great city with a great nightlife, a 38k acre lake with powerboat mags top 20 party spots.
The atlantic is only a few hours away, so is the gulf. I've got a Cig Top Gun and this lake gets rough enough for some fun. We also have the "WORLD'S LARGEST POKER RUN' in August. Just my pick, though some others fit your criteria. Greg |

SW Florida was a great place to live and boat but the manatee huggers are a threat to boating. East coast is nice but too crowded for me. Maryland/Chesapeake Bay area is a good choice, change of seasons, reasonable winters and also access to the Atlantic. Good job market as well. Several Poker runs, races and plenty of dock bars.
