I do have some pipe here, but 1 pipe has an ID of 3 1/4 and the other is 3 1/4. It's basically the same pipe needed for a jacketed 4" exhaust. I have both inner and outer.
Not sure if that will work for you. Let me know.

Here's a quesion for you exhaust guys .

If you have a 4" outside diameter ,water jacketed exhaust , What size is the inside diameter of the INSIDE pipe? IS it or can it be 3-1/2" or bigger?

I need to keep a 4" O.D. to fit in my mufflers. but I need the inide as big as I can and still have a water jacket . SO what is the inside size of a standard 4" out side diameter exhaust system with a water jacket ? :confused:

I'm sure that it's no more than 1/4"

I know this is a very old thread, but I have tried calling Lake Precision Welding and the phone is disconected. So, does anyone know if they may be operating under a different name or if I can still get ahold of "Bob"---even if he is still working somewhere else? I need some stainless exhaust pipes welded. Any help would be appreciated...thanx. :)
