Keep it up the bad moments WILL pass after 8 month I still crave one every now and then but I'm under control and very happy with my decision. It does get easier be patient and take deep breaths.

I work inside retail stores and see a lot of their customers with oxygen tanks in the baskets of the amigo carts they lend out to their disabled customers. THAT made me stop along with other good reasons.
