Anyone in Jacksonville Florida area??

I have found a supposedly "nice" boat in Jacksonville and am seriously thinking about flying there to look at it/buy it. I have a bunch of pictures of the boat, but I've been burned by that in the past! Earlier this year I flew to Sarasota (Cape Coral) to look at an "immaculant" 1996 336 Formula - when I got there it was a real project boat, at best. They sent quite a few pictures, but only of the "good" spots (and there were mighty few good spots!)

I'm hoping someone in the Jacksonville area could take a "once over" look at this boat before I buy plane tickets, get a hotel room, rent a car, burn a day or two of vacation and ... I'm sure this happens way too many times!
