You could take your chances & take it back to the guy in dallas. I am told he makes his own axles. Maybe he might make it right.

Looks like we found the problem. The center pivoting spring hanger/shackle for the rear axle was rotated on top of the spring. I guess this happens if the trailer bounces high enough (without the boat on it). They are jacking the trailer and boat up now to remove the bolts and rotate it to it's proper position.

Hope that is my problem but I find it hard that I missed seeing that all the time I have spent on checking out what is wrong.

I thought the same thing turbojack, but it was there plain as day. Now the trailer is "hanging" from the center rear and rear front spring shackles as straight as can be.

outlawntexas, I was just about to tel you to check that .... If you get 2 axels off the ground the shackles can flip real easy and it realy through is out of wack !

I am glad you figured it out but I was also going to offer to keep your boat for you for a couple weeks or months if needed till you fixed it !!
