What is it called and who makes it ? I am looking for a good deal on a used one . Anyone know where I can get one ?

Featherlite makes alot of there trailers give them a call.

They may have a list of dealers who handle the new and used ones.

On a featherlight it is actually the rear door and I do beleive the hydro's and lift is made by Gemini, as stated above......
