Just an FYI for those of you who read the comment that Sea Tow was leading the race and then through a prop. It didnt go down that way Deep V Cat lead the first Straight away and then Berry Cuda passed him in the first turn and lead the entire race. Sea Tow didnt break unitl the 5th lap. It was a very competitive race in Stock Class

I'm sorry, but of the seven classes that had participants, four of them only had one boat.
Racing by yourself is kind of like playing with yourself - you may get a little self satisfaction, but nobody else is impressed.

Just watched the Fort Myers race on OLN. I guess the one good thing about having small turnouts at the races is that everyone gets good TV coverage. Great for sponsors.

Thanks for the kinds words Magicfloat (8/4), and stevequick (8/4) ref. the Orange Beach race. I too attended the race in NC, and am the Safety/Medical Director for the Gulf Coast Power Boat Association, and look forward to ALL racers comming to Orange Beach, Alabama for an exciting weekend of "Thunder on the Gulf Coast." check us out at www.gcpowerboat.com
