Ext Boxes Of Cafe Racer

I imagine you would need big power to need them as S30 mentions above. If you only have stock power from what I read around here and driving my rig around the thing will be hard to trim right at lower speeds you might run into a porpoising issue.
My very humble opinion.

it has 700 sc now and gps @89 mph

I have a Cafe with Bravos also, and would consider the boat bow-heavy ( I never use the tabs except when "flying"). I would think anything that would distribute the weight further back would be good.

About 12-18 months ago there was someone on OSO that put boxes on a cafe and picked up speed, but I don't remember how much. Do a search in the Cigarette forum..

I'd do it, watch the drive height you are going back 7 or 9 inches. cb

I think I met a guy on the Chesapeake Bay who has boxes on his Cafe Racer. I'll try to track him down for you.
