YES, thank you, NOBODY in the world builds a boat as tuff as Jaguar! NOBODY. That is exactly what i said. There was a major fiberglass problem when the first one flipped in the race in the keys, from what i understand, Mr. Clark brought in the best in the industry to make the boats stronger and faster. No big deal, those boats set the standards for the best built and lightest boats possible. Geese, give the guy credit!

You were there? Who are you? I actually worked on the boat and the repair, Jack will tell anyone. He designd the boat to lite and the people working on the boat were not trained in the lite weight design. He then brought in some very experienced fiberglass guys who then were capable of building the boats the way he wanted them. He didn't win his awards awards for nothing. He is the best builder and designer of a cat ever and his boat proves it.

Jaguar i.e. Jack Clark built a boat for a project I was involved in. The project yielded a boat over budget (25%) and overweight (20%). I retained High Modulus (NZ) to do a structural analysis of the boat. The results were criminal. Multiple core samples were taken and the results indicated inordinate amounts of putty, extremely excessive resin percentages and improper laminates schedules (i.e. no strucural basis). No surprise the boat was so over it's design weight. Significant remedial structural work had to be done. Couldn't do anything about the 2000lbs that wasn't supposed to be there.

They should be building hot tubs.
