Seems a lot of customers of different brands sell boats after only one season. I think maybe some people put a few poker runs on a high performance boat and decided to either move up or get a cruiser or do something else. Also, sometimes the better half wants something different or the owner gets scared of the speed and decides a change is in order.

Who's got the popcorn?

I thought it was a legitimate question that got some legitimate answers.
These are not off the shelf boats and are usually significantly customized for the owners. If I was spending that kind of coin I would expect it to be everything I wanted in a boat. From the looks of the of the ones Ive seen (way nice), I was wondering the same as Slingshot.
Ill save my popcorn for another thread.

I just got back from the Emerald Coast Run and Nortech dominated the field with 5-6 36's. We drove the pace boat on the fun run and they were hovered around us like Puff Daddy's bodyguards. They were all customer boats.
Sobo brought a sweet 43 with him.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but there are only three 36 nortech cats for sale now. That does not seem like a lot, and certainly nothing remarkable. The numbers are similar for Spectre as well.
Might be a legitimate question, but not really relevant. Kind of like asking why maintenance for a 1000 HP big block that runs on pump gas is so expensive.

How in the world did Nortech become a target????
Good boats, built well....original 38 vee was a terror in Factory 2 class...... New cats are beautifully styled and have sensible dimensions for rough and calm water. Great speed, value and handling. Manufacturer is responsive and very proactive...and the northeast dealer is aces in my book. About the only criticism I can think of is they are'nt quite Skaters...... but, really, who is?
I don't get the "controversy"...... Go pick on the junk out there......... There's certainly enough real targets to shoot at, that you don't have to pick on the wrong ones.
