You guys take it easy on the Phantom he did not mean anything by it other then the question as it is. It does seem wierd but understandable.

As far as the guy that did it I hope he rots in jail for a long long time. Guy is scum of the earth. He has overturned a lot of peoples lives.

i for one am glad to hear this SOB might wind up in full on ass rape prison.

no ****ing probation. A few years of getting ****ed in the ass by a large neanderthal seems to be apunishment that fits the crime.

I miss Dan, and I am sure he is missed by many on this forum.

I was just thinking about Dan this past weekend. I was at the Rum Runner in the 1000 Islands, where I met Dan several times for a drink. He was a great guy ... and is missed. There are certain people you meet in your life who just make lasting impressions ... even though you may not spend a great deal of time with them. Dan was one of those people.

I hope all is well with Becca, and that she is able to move past this.

right on wilerty.

I miss Dan too. He was one of the good guys.

I'm glad that the probation deal was rejected by the judge.

Regardless of what our legal system throws at him, he will have to live with what he did for the rest of his life. That should provide solice to some, but for others, like Dan's family, the pain may never go away.

My heart goes out to Becca and babybro and the rest of the Lanza family. I'm sure they just want some closure here.

I found this while looking for Lake Speed limits. Sorry if my question was taken the wrong way. It just seems that if something is coming at you at 3-4MPH, you just move out of the way. :( :( :( Very unfourtunate situation. Best of luck to the family and friends of DanL.

Sorry to go off,
But this was on the road.........

I deleted my thread, because I have seen that lake speed and death is different from LIFE or cars or airplanes or rockets??????

If run over it don't HURT?

babybro 08-20-2003 10:06 PM

well to set the record straight if he goes to trial
he will get up to 364 days in jail, plus probation.
now they will try to make another deal but.
but i'm pretty sure we will ask for the max.
I don't wanna say too much because this case is still pending. But I will say that the lanza family is pleased
with the judges decision.Thank you all for the support.

phantom,we have all reasoned with what the so called truth is.The truth is it sucks that I lost my brother
and no chart will bring him back.let it go man
