47 apache "the dealer"
#23
Warpaint is correct, it was Norville Staley's personal boat when he owned Everglades Marine with Ralph Martin. I was on that ('47 Apache) 'The Dealer' in the Keys, it was a pretty unique ride. He was kind enough to ride us back to Turnberry Isle when our boat broke a drive. It had a full cabin which is one of the few (or only) 47's that did. Norville was a neat guy, unfortunately, he's no longer with us but I can easily picture Norville driving with one hand and filming the other poker run boats with his videocam in the other. He and his wife had a blast on those boats, they put some serious hours on them. Yes, it was used as a paceboat somewhat, I have some video of it somewhere.
