At least the other person that went over years ago didn't have a choice.

A young boy and girl out with their uncle in a boat had the boat engine quit and the boat capsized. Girl was able to swim to shore and boy and uncle went over the falls. Boy survived and uncle died.

There is a $$10,000 fine for demonstrating without a permit..He is now in jail..
