come on you pansie, Get out there into some real water with that boat of yours. What are they predicting 10'-12' sea's ??

Seriously though, keep me posted on how the flooding is in St Petes area. My Condo is about 3 feet above sea level and only about 75' from the Bay and from what I have been hearing the ground is already saturated and flooding is expected

Hey Bob,
Good to hear from you.

It's been an extraordinary year for rain so far. Although, Flooding hasn't been a big problem yet, but we've been on the verge for a while now. You'll see occasional standing water during heavy periods of rain, but it's been draining off. Sarasota and Manatee county have been worse off. They are predicting a 2-4 foot storm surge. This may cause a problem, if it's true.

The place we bought is 13 years old and has only had water up to but not into the building 1 time since being built. Not really worried though Not much you can do about it anyways.

Cool. Sounds like a tried and true place.
This so called tropical storm was a joke. I wouldn't worry about a thing. There was like a 1.5 foot storm surge. No big deal. And 6-12 inches of rain was a bunch or crap, too. We got maybe 2 inches.

hey sorry I took so long to get back, I was on the boat all weekend. It won't be for a few months yet, I just landed a nice case with a big company, should make somewhere between 80-100k but it will take me a few months to finalize everything, I just can't walk away from that. got the boat fixed it runs great, while it was in there i had him wet sand the bottom, I picked up between 1 to 2 miles an hour. maqrianne is really coming around, i think the boat ride with you did it, because she couldn't ***** at you. yesterday I was running pretty hard in some rough water and she didn't say a word, she actually enjoyed it, soon she will be ready for a poker run. by the way, I would like to extend an invatation, come up and run in the long island poker run with us this weekend, everything is on me, you just have to get here. aq flight is probobly 180 round trip.

Hey man!
Thanks a million for the invite. I appreciate it, but prior commitments will have to keep me here. I'm glad to hear you got your hull fixed, and even gained a mph or two. Can't beat that. Sounds like a good weekend to me. Take it easy. See ya.
