I am sure this is not anywhere near what you had in mind, but it does go 126 mph, and will fly in rough water.

Talking with Von Bongo he sold his 28 Pantera and bought a 38 Gun. He wanted a smoother ride at LOTO but liked his Pantera. Contact him for good info on LOTO.
