Bravo Low-water pick-up (Cup or Muffs)

All my other boat's have used the older style muff's.....

But my baja has low water pick-up bravos and I would like to be able to start it out of the water for winterization.
Where can I get, I guess it's a cup??
for the front of the drive??
How much are they??

Yep. They're hunter orange and look like the business end of a gas-mask with a bungee cord attached.

My XR lower has a LWP and side pickup. Do I have to buy both flush kits or do they make a kit for this ?

I have one of the low water pick up connectors... they are BRIGHT orange.. and yeah EXPENSIVE... I paid like $50 bucks for the one I have!

For that kinda dough, might as well go for a mounted hose fitting somewhere in the engine compartment or through the transom. Sonic installs them factory on the swim platform. Could not be slicker.

Bruce,
It's another job for duct tape,
I've used duct tape to cover the
4 holes in the front of the gearcase,
then use the ear muff flushing attachment.

I`ve done it the other way around, using a cup and taping up the side pickup holes.

boatfix.com has them for $46.00
shop around, you might find cheaper.

Or, just pull the hose off from the inside at the transom assembly and stick a hose inside you intake hose.
you could put some fittings into the bottom of a 5 gallon pail and fill it with antifreeze.

This is the way I do it. Just remeber to remove the duct tape when you are done.

Bought an Imco low water pick-up flush kit from www.cpperformance.com . Fits like a glove. Good price, fast delivery!
