You'd probably run into Outback's bevy of lawyers. They own a chain called "Bonefish Grille" with the fishbones logo. I worked on a restaurant maybe ten years ago in Orlando called "Fishbones", it was owned by the same guy that owns all the "Charlies Steakhouses" in Florida. I don't know if Fishbones is still there.

I like th "Oar House".

I used to be in restaurant management for years. I've thought about opening one with real southern cooking, but I hate restaurant hours. You have to make all your money on Friday nights and weekends. The last time I left restaurant management, I swore I'd jack off hobos for a living before I did that again!
