Avatars for you folks that need new ones

This is a editor for Gifs & Jpegs. It's much easier then the software I use. This will work for both still Gifs and Animated Gifs
by reducing Colors, compression and Dimensions the file size is reduced
as to fit OSO's minimum file size .
200k file limit
this will assist you in both posting Gifs
and making Avatars
save it in your favorites

actually I knew about this link for a while they recently
made it very user friendly so now you guys can do it yourself. I figure why let Too Old & Phantom have all the fun.

Too Old that Avatar looks cool! Thanks to TOPDJ I will get to keep the rest of my hair on the top of my head.. JO
