This story is amazing. How can a company of that stature find themself in this position? How much money was invested in the other property? I guess the last of my questions would be who's paying the pill? Did I see they are suing the city over this stunt? opps sorry that was the last one

The other building was being built by the contractor as a design / build project. Cig should have no money in it at this stage. It is for sale BTW, BIG signs outside.

The Mako plant is a pretty good size facility. They should be moving in it this week going by what the plant told me three weeks ago..
