a topless cofee shop

I know of one that used to be here in WPB;)

good greif haha.

ScottB - good idea, usually there's somebody out there looking for something and they'll buy if the price is right. I did that for a little bit...the shipping became nuts though trying to get everything out and to the right people, but hey I made a little change in the process.

You can never going wrong with property. I've been puting my money into rental stuff. Get your renters to pay the note, then when you're ready to roll it over it's all profit. (other than the taxes)

sell the boat....hmmmmmm :) na I can't do that man...then I'd be on here complaining about not having a boat.

Yeah I thought about rental stuff too, but seems like a lot of headache keeping it all up, heard some bad stories with rental houses and such.

Now that I think I'm done boat buying, I think when I get done with this spurt of business we are doing right now, I'll buy some property. I'm not going to buy rental houses though, I'm thinking more along the lines of warehouses or something. A lot less tenant trouble.

I'm w/ Rum. Lost too much in stocks, including mutual funds so I bought brental properties. I have a management co. that takes care of everything for 10%. No headaches whatsoever. I should have done this years ago b/c the prop.'s in my area have skyrocketed.
