Rental property is is a good investment like rum runner said. I have sold cars in the past being in the business but it's a lot of hassle now. If you go this route just have whoever you buy the car from leave the purchaser part of the title blank then you fill in the name of the person who buys it from you thats what I do. Cash in hand and uncle Sam knows nothing. Also no hassle of title transfer.Now I am onto rental property myself. :drool:

Rum's Right - At this time you can not lose with property......well almost. My Brother-In-Law is doing VERY well in buying and selling Vettes right now , but that is short term I beleive. Stock Market is looking promising, if you want to gamble. I'm actually making a few dollars there . But for long term, Property is a no loss deal. Or....you can invest into a boat business and REALLY go broke !!! But atleast you have fun..... Dave Warden
