Yeah, I will.
Seems like a long way off but the holidays will pretty much occupy us into mid-Jan. I don't expect the job market to heat up much until then.

Hey guys,
Looks like the job search is looking pretty good. If I make all the right connections and fate smiles upon me you might have a new neighbor (lucky you).
Been doing a lot of research on living areas. What do you think of Palm Harbor / Tarpon Springs areas? I know some of you live in St. Pete. I don't want to live in the ol' fogey districts, but I want to be close enough to the beaches AND have good schools.
Looking into Marinas, it looks like I can get a rack and store for about 200 - 250 / month. This might be more feasable than the no wake zones from hell I hear about FLA.

I have 2 boys and live in Ft Lauderdale, I also lived in Tampa for 7 years and my wife was an elementary school teacher for 9 years. The public school is better than any private school in our area. Having live in both Tampa and South Florida, all I can say is we will never move we have no BUGS! Tampa is great but lots of bugs. Real Estate is cheaper in Tampa(I'm a Realtor) but Broward county has no more land available and investment wise cannot be beat, our homes have been going up 20-30% a year. Call me at (954)309-2222 and I'll give you the scoop.

Great to hear, Shooter. Palm Harbor is one of the nicer areas around here. I know many people whom I work with that live there and love it. Tarpon is a little ways off the 'beaten path' but it has it's advantages. It's generally a little bit less costly to live there, and land is more available.
