If your talking about the Cars MPG I would think it would do better than 20 if you keep your foot out of it and drive right. My 98 C5 was getting 28 @ 100 mph the last time I went on a road trip with it.
Then again, 1989 TPI technology compared to a refined LS-1. Our 88 Vette averages around 16 at 100mph.
