Like many have stated , legaly you need to watch what the truck is rated to carry .But most trucks will do . |

Hey,
I pulled a 43 Black Thunder with my 2500 suburban with the 8100 Vortec and a 410 rears, Evan though the truck was rated at 15000 lb. compacity, The motor was not the problom, Across the alley in Fla, Boat started bouncing and folded the stock hitch and rear of frame under, Real scarry feeling at about 60MPH, Definetly upgrade the Hitch and brake pads, Neadless to say, I now have a new dulley, I would never try that trip, as hine site is 20/20 , Just my opinion.... Good luck.... |
