Thats just plain stupid IMHO. With the way they cut the corners so close these days,thats an invitation to disaster.

Cord,

That was my first question. I'd like to know the name of the PATCOM and who signed off on the Marine Event Permit.

That would be completely unacceptable in my review of a Boat Race Marine Event Permit.
