$214.50/month F311SR1 (34'3" nose to prop).

Tennessee (old hickory lake)
Inside rack storage. Not heated or cooled. Must winterize. Unlimited in/out, but must call the day before during offseason. Free outdoor racking for owner maintenance and cleanup as long as the outdoor maintenance racks aren't full. Electricity only available on outdoor maint racks. Comes with $15/gallon fuel discount (but they are still more than the private club pumps).

DockHoliday - $65.00 a foot!!! Are you crazy or did you mean $6.50?

I pay $9.95/ft per month for year round dry storage and get it out whenever I want. That includes a marina "yacht club" environement with a pool, member parties, fuel and meal discounts...

I think I paid $72 a foot for the summer here in NJ. I use to pay $150 ft for a place up the road but that was for 12 months and included winterization on one engine and shrinkwrap. I do all my work myself and they wouldn't lower the price in fear everyone else would do the same, plus they had an ideal location.

Vyper340, That's per year not month. Seems to be pretty damn good actually. :)
