Free outdoor racking for owner maintenance and cleanup as long as the outdoor maintenance racks aren't full. Electricity only available on outdoor maint racks. I pay $9.95/ft per month for year round dry storage and get it out whenever I want. That includes a marina "yacht club" environement with a pool, member parties, fuel and meal discounts...

I think I paid $72 a foot for the summer here in NJ. I use to pay $150 ft for a place up the road but that was for 12 months and included winterization on one engine and shrinkwrap. I do all my work myself and they wouldn't lower the price in fear everyone else would do the same, plus they had an ideal location.
