Home much do you pay for your slip or rack at your marina?
 

Just got off the phone with one of the new places at the LOTO and they are $7 a foot for climate controlled rack storage or $259 a month for a 12x32 slip, which includes electric, cable, and all that jazz....

Is this about right?

How about at the LOTO?

$2500.00 a year (12 months) Inside all winter.....dig that!!;)

$3950.00 for the slip. You guys have it good.

Damn Roger, Maybe I'd be better renting mine out.

LIDO dry stack in Newport Beach (outside): About $18 per foot per month.

1500 for the summer season (6 months) 12 x30 slip includes elec and water.

Dry storage/Rack in my area runs $65.00 per foot per year.
