Home much do you pay for your slip or rack at your marina?
 
Just got off the phone with one of the new places at the LOTO and they are $7 a foot for climate controlled rack storage or $259 a month for a 12x32 slip, which includes electric, cable, and all that jazz....

Is this about right?

LIDO dry stack in Newport Beach (outside): About $18 per foot per month.
