Just a guess. Very hard to tell from that pic but I'd say it's a 32' Activator Stealth, built on Long Isnand by Mark Schempf.

That pic was taken from my boat...... while we were with FPC for a fun run a couple weeks ago.
It had a single big engine....

That Activator was DAMN sweet! I say again Damn Sweet.
