New Orleans
The reason New Orleans isn't NUMBER 1 is that some crimes have been 'reclassified'. For example, if one drug dealer shoots another drug dealer it is classified 'death by natural causes'.
I went to N.O. last Friday to Christmas in the park with my wife and mother-in-law. They get kinda weird when I grab the M-14....so I had to settle on the .45 with about 100 rounds of homebrew loads with the Speer 'flying ashtray' bullets. They flatten out like quarters, and make the coroners job easy. Or so I've been told.
