My uncle collects Mopars. The cars he has in his collection now (that I know of):
1- Satellite 426 Hemi
1- GTX Convertible 426 Hemi (only 17 built)
2- Superbirds
1- Plymouth Sport Fury 440
He has several other Mopars but the one's above are my favorites.
They are some awesome cars and they have been bringing some outrageous prices. I saw a Hemi Cuda convertible (in Georgia) that was listed for sale a few months ago (can't remember what year it was). The add said "rarest muscle car in the world only 2 made $1,000,000 FIRM). Don't know if it's sold but...good lord that's a chunk for an old muscle car.
That will be a nice car when you get it restored. Good luck with it.
