By participating you agree to these terms and conditions and to the decisions of ConocoPhillips and Seismicom, which are final and binding in all aspects. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Releasees expressly disclaim any responsibility and liability for injury and/or loss to any person or property relating to the use or misuse of the redeemed unique Code number, Movie Ticket, and anything else related to this Program. Releasees are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone, computer, telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, late, lost, damaged or postage due mail, codes or tickets or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic, or failure of unique Code to activate or any theater's failure to redeem any ticket. Persons found tampering, abusing, bashing, name-calling, or bringing down Apache threads on OSO, or abusing any aspect of OSO as solely determined by ConocoPhillips and/or Seismicom will be disqualified. ConocoPhillips and Seismicom reserve the right to terminate participant's eligibility to participate for any such abuses. The use of any device to automated participation is prohibited.
In the event the Program is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of ConocoPhillips and/or Seismicom, which corrupt or impair the administration, security, or fairness of the Program, ConocoPhillips and Seismicom reserve the right in their sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Program, and fulfill the eligible, valid, non-suspect Movie Tickets attained or qualified for as of the date and time of the action requiring such suspension or termination.
