Default OT: Verizon comes through...finally

Well after my DSL being out for 35 days it was finally reconnected last night. Verizon accidently disconnected my service. The people at tech support were helpful but nothing really happened. After sending an email to the pres of the business unit things began to move along and the dept that was handling it acutally called several times a week to give me updates. Still took over two weeks from that point. The same team also took care of the billing issues to get me a credit for the lost month. They also gave me two months free. I'm again a happy customer.

My phone was accidently shut off and I was double billed...CS told me that they would do the adjustments then shut the phone off. The guy at the store told me that when a bill is disputed the service is shut off unless the said bill is paid in full...My bill was $420 for 2 months I was billed roaming airtime for each minute I was on the phone. My plan is suppose to give me no roaming and 1500 free minutes. I talked 578 peak last month and less this month

Send an email to [email protected]. Be nice, tell them your problem and make sure you leave a contact number for them to contact you. You should hear from his asst Vera within a day or two. This is what worked for me. Bruce is the Pres of the Retail Markets Group.

You may also try calling Pauleen at 877-814-2375 x70291 Not sure if she handles wireless but she may be able to point you in the right direction. She is really nice.
