Question My Scarab is acting weird

I made a small mpeg video of my 22' Scarab facing the rear in the bitter cold (low 40s). I don't know how to post it. The thing is though at 70 it seems to be blowing out. This is with the tabs up and the trim just slightly up. If I tuck it all the way in the RPM seems to stay the same but the MPH drops. Is this normal? I will be going by Houston Prop today and getting the "Accelerator" conversion done to my Mirage Plus 25". Hopefully this will help. If any experts want to look at the short video of my boat blowing out under way e-mail me and I can send it to you. It also blows out real bad in the turns.

Thanks
Roby
