Mnfastboat compare flight info for both Richmond and the Newport News, Va airports which is an hour south towards Norfolk off I-64. Also Norfolk's airport is another 30 minutes beyond that. Try www.orbitz.com (and others) for some good deals on flights. Sooner is cheaper. Look forward to seeing you again...

So far... we get the whole top floor of the Richbrau, 3 rooms, pool tables, and a small nightclub area reserved for us for about 3 hours. I have not come up with the entry fee yet, but its not bad. It covers appetizers, the space, and my efforts. Cash bar.

The hotels are lining up as follows:

Crowne Plaza: $79/night
Omni: $89/night.
Crown Plaza: $99/night w/ breakfast for two the next day.

The Omni is steps from the Richbrau.
The Crowne Plaza is about 6 blocks, and they have a free shuttle.

Last year, it was actually two parties, as the RPBA staged a Pre-Party warm up happy hour party at the Tobacco Factory; across the street from the Richbrau before the Chill-Out!!
