Anyway he was going ahead with his plans, and neglected one minor detail. PERMITS. By the time he applied for them he had everyone so pissed off at him the project never went anywhere. I think he started work in the early 80s and finally gave up about 15 years ago. Nothing has been done to the place since then. It all needs to be tore down.
Do a Google search on Left'ys Coho Landing.

When you are driving up from TX, give a call, and I'll be happy to give you a coffee break, pit stop, overnight accommodations (you too, Sean), etc, in the St. Louis area. Please try to give notice, so I won't be out of town.
Might be a good time to talk about mods to my boat. Thinking about lengthening it, adding a few steps, solar-powered turbine engines, and a second story loft. Like to discuss these with you.
